Kamusta mga kababayan. Welcome to Phoenix Pinoy, a Filipino Community Real Estate Blog site in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Ako ay si Ferdy Mañago, ang designated broker ng Phoenix Metro Realty at saka webmaster ng itong site. Phoenix Metro Realty, Inc. is an Arizona full service real estate brokerage. I decided to add this site specifically for the Filipinos in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Besides Phoenix Real Estate, I want a place in my website were the main topic is all about Filipino living in the Phoenix area. This is an interactive site, feel free to post any Filipino events or any Filipino news, you can also comment on any post. You can post or comment in Tagalog or Taglish, it does not matter, just keep it rated PG. If you have a Filipino business that you would like to add to this site, just post it or email me the info so I can include it the Filipino Businesses page. This site will be frequently updated so check back often.
I designed this site to be simple and easy to use. The Businesses page is a directory of Filipino own businesses. The titles of the 15 most recent posts are displayed on the right along with the search box and Categories. If you’re interested in looking up current home listing, click on the ARMLS icon on the right side bar. We offer home buyers a convenient way to search homes in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area using the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS). This MLS gateway gives you nearly the same access that Realtors® have to all ACTIVE Listings. This MLS has more listings than other sites because Realtor® Brokerages’ Active Listings are automatically included, they don’t have to Op-In like other sites and therefore the most complete. This is the only MLS you will want to use in the future when searching for real estate in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, it is updated daily. As you locate the particular homes that interest you, simply contact me to schedule a private showing.
