Maricopa Builders Spec Homes - April 2008
     Maricopa builders spec homes (speculative homes) are builder’s quick move-in inventory homes. Builders build these homes with popular upgrades. Some spec homes were newly build for buyers that cancelled their contracts and some spec homes were build to keep the inventory balance. The builders have build too many of these speculative homes and are now aggressively priced to sell them.

     Why buy your new home in Maricopa along, why not use a realtor service that specializes in Maricopa.      A new construction may be more expensive than its comparable inventory home (spec home). If you can wait 6 to 8 months for your new home, new construction is the way to go. You’ll have the opportunity to pick the lot location, customize your home with the builder’s available upgrades, and it's fun to experience your home being built.

     Currently new homes are cheaper than resale homes because builders have reduced their prices over $150K. Below are just a few of the great deals you'll find in the new City of Maricopa. These homes are priced at the bottom. Don't wait for the market to recover to buy your new home, the builders have increased their base price already. We have seen the bottom price of real estate here in Maricopa last November 2007, we have seen new homes sold under $70K. The builders are slowly taking away their big incentives. Once they feel a recovery is happening, the incentives will be reduce.
